Theo studied for his MA Vocal Studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, finishing in July 2020, where he was the Elliot Rosenblatt Scholar, the Drapers’ Company’s De Turckheim scholar, and a recipient of a Kathleen Roberts scholarship and the minor prize at the Harriet Cohen Memorial Music Awards. During his time at Trinity Laban, he won the Trinity Laban Gold Medal 2020, the Paul Simm Opera Award, and the Director’s Prize for Excellence. He featured earlier this year as a BBC Music Magazine Rising Star. Recently, Theo has sung roles in Don Giovanni, and The Elixir of Love, as well as participating in masterclasses with Kate Royal (Hurn Court Opera), Thomas Quasthoff (Wigmore Hall), Roderick Williams (Blackheath Halls, and James Bowman (Trinity Laban). In his spare time, Theo is an avid football fan (particularly Liverpool and Bristol City). He is delighted to join the cast of Sāvitri.
