Ash Howard

Ash Howard is returning to HGO after working in their ‘Onegin’ in 2024. He began stage management while studying MMus Vocal Studies at Trinity Laban, as the recipient of the Kathleen Roberts Scholarship. During this time he was the student production assistant for Frankenstein, or The Modern Prometheus (Larsen), and moved on to stage manage for multiple opera scenes while also performing roles. In 2024 he added to this experience by being part of British Youth Opera’s Serena Fenwick programme for stage managers, and has continued to stage manage opera scenes for Trinity Laban since graduating with distinction. He has often combined stage management with performance with the same companies, such as The Opera Makers, and, within opera scenes, the same shows.
