British mezzo-soprano Deborah Holborn has performed a wide range of repertoire, both internationally and within the UK for several companies including: Longborough Festival Opera, Fulham Opera, Surrey Opera, Opera de Baugé, Rogue Opera, Random Opera Company, Hampstead Garden Opera, St. Paul’s Opera, Aylesbury Opera, Haddington Wagner Society, Opera in the Meantime and Brent Opera. She is also an dedicated oratorio and concert singer and has recorded several contemporary pieces. She continues to work both in person and online for Herts Musical Memories and Lost Chord as a community musician, specialising in sessions for those with dementia.
She has recently created the role of “Mama” for Surrey Opera and is enjoying revisiting the role of “Marcellina” for HGO.
