Yorkshire born tea enthusiast Beth, has just started her masters at the Royal Academy of Music with Catherine Wyn Rogers and Mary Hill. On stage, Beth has performed the roles of Third Spirit (Die Zauberflöte, Woodhouse 2014) Frau Viehmann, the Witch and Granny (Dean Burry’s The Brothers Grimm, RWCMD 2012) Juno/Public Opinion (Orpheus in the Underworld, Opera’r Ddraig 2013/Leeds Youth Opera 2010) In scenes Beth has played the roles of Dido (Dido and Aeneas), Dorabella (Cosi Fan Tutte), Ursula (Beatrice et Benedicte), 3rd Lady (Die Zauberflöte) and Mrs Olsen (Street Scene). Oratorio experience includes Verdi’s Requiem, Mozart’s Requiem, Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle, Handel’s Messiah and Haydn’s Stabat Mater. When not singing, Beth can be found sipping a G&T whilst listening to the dulcet tones of Bruce Springsteen on vinyl.
