Benjamin Poore
Benjamin Poore is a writer and critic based in London. His work has appeared in Van, Opera, Opera Now, the TLS, the Independent, and Times Higher Education, writing on cocktails, philosophy, ushers, typefaces, and Wagner, amongst other things. His book Making Masud Khan, on psychoanalysis and modernist literature, is forthcoming next year. He has taught literature at Queen Mary University of London, King’s College London, and Soas. He is currently working on a new realisation of Luigi Dallapiccola’s Il prigioniero with Paul Higgins and artist Lawrence Abu Hamdan.
