
Ralph Thomas Williams
Ralph Thomas Williams is a British countertenor, graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, and a Young Artist with Guardiagrele Opera’s Opera Studio in Italy.
Recent roles include Adamo (Caino overo il primo omicidio, Guardiagrele Opera, Italy), Arcane (Teseo, Ensemble OrQuesta), Rafe (The End of the World Party, Hull Urban Opera), Cupid (Venus and Adonis, HGO), and Ruggiero (Alcina, Saluzzo Opera Academy). He has also appeared in contemporary opera premieres at the Cheltenham, Presteigne, and Tête-à-Tête Festivals.
On the concert platform, Ralph has performed the title roles in Handel’s Solomon and Giulio Cesare with Furness Bach Choir and the Malden Festival, Handel’s Messiah with British Sinfonietta and Eboracum Baroque, Bach’s B minor Mass with Furness Bach Choir, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with Northern Chamber Orchestra, and solo cantata appearances with Manchester Baroque, Eboracum Baroque, and Liverpool Bach Collective.
