Tenor Tom Kelly recently completed a Vocal Studies Masters Programme at the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Raymond Connell and Marek Ruszczynski. This Autumn, Tom will be making the role of Emile L’Angelier in Surrey Opera’s 50th Anniversary Production of a new opera by David Hackbridge Johnson, Madeleine. Recent opera roles include Il Pastore Euridice (Ensemble Orquesta), Tamino The Magic Flute (Flat Pack Music) and Shepherd Venus and Adonis (RAM). In concert, engagements include Tenor solos for Paul McCreesh and The Gabrieli Consort (Gdańsk, Versailles, London), solos for Laurence Cummings, John Butt and Phillippe Herreweghe in performances of Bach Cantatas at RAM, and the solos from Handel L’Allegro, Penseroso, ed il Moderato (Lausanne and Sion, Switzerland) with Marc Bochud.
