Originally from the Netherlands, Myrna Tennant is now based in London. She graduated with Distinction from the Artist Masters programme at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under the tutelage of Yvonne Kenny and previously studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, graduating as Bachelor with First Class Honours, under the tutelage of Helen Lawson and Wilma MacDougall. Myrna is a Britten Pears Young Artist for their 2023-24 programme, where she joined their English Song course under the coaching of highly esteemed artists, Gweneth Ann Rand, Julia Faulkner, Julius Drake, and Audrey Hyland. She is also a BYO Serena Fenwick Young Artist for 2024, where she has the privilege of working with industry leading professionals including Nicky Spence, Nelly Miricioiu, and David Gowland.
